How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on whether an item is pre-designed or custom.
- Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
- Custom items: 7–14 business days

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush processing is not guaranteed. If you have a time-sensitive request, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
Proofs may be provided for certain custom orders. When applicable, production will not begin until the design is approved.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Custom apparel and designs are one of our specialties. Please contact us to discuss your project and availability.
Can I request changes to a pre-designed item?
Minor changes may be available on select designs. Requests must be made before placing your order.
Do you recreate logos or artwork?
Customers are responsible for providing artwork they have the rights to use. We do not recreate copyrighted logos without proper permission.
Can you match a specific color or font?
We do our best to match requested colors and fonts; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and material differences.
👕 Apparel, Printing & Care
What materials are used for your shirts?
We use high-quality, soft, and comfortable garments chosen for durability and everyday wear. Fabric details can be found in individual product descriptions.
What is DTF printing?
DTF stands for Direct to Film printing. This method allows designs to be printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto garments. DTF produces vibrant colors, fine detail, and works well on a wide variety of fabric types.
How does DTF compare to other printing methods?
DTF offers crisp detail, strong color vibrancy, and good durability when cared for properly. Some texture may be felt on the design area, especially with larger graphics.
How should I wash and care for my apparel?
To help extend the life of your garment and design, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on the design
Following these care instructions helps maintain the quality and longevity of your apparel.
Will the design crack or peel over time?
With proper care, designs are made to last. Normal wear over time is expected.
Are colors exactly as shown online?
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and fabric type.

We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure checkout options available at checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plan availability depends on checkout options and may vary.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Occasional promotions may be offered. Discounted pricing is valid only during the advertised time frame and cannot be applied retroactively.

Do you offer bulk or group discounts?

Do you work with small businesses, teams, or organizations?
Yes! We love working with small businesses, schools, teams, and organizations.
Can you create matching designs for groups or events?
Absolutely. Custom group and event designs are available upon request.
Can I provide my own items for customization?
In some cases, customer-provided items may be accepted. PaTEEs & Co is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items during customization. Please contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, shipping is limited to the United States unless otherwise stated.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will assist with filing claims when applicable.
